Private Pilates Session

Private Sessions

Private sessions are ideal for those new to Pilates, recovering from injury, mothers (both prenatal or postnatal), or have specific fitness goals. Your professional and experienced instructor will create a personalized workout using all Pilates equipment to best suit your needs.

Duet Sessions

Duet Sessions (2-person training) is a great way to stay committed to a regular workout schedule because your partner will be counting on you! With similar benefits to private training (more individual attention and customization than a group class) plus the motivation that comes from working out with a partner at a discounted price!

Note: Duet Sessions must book with existing workout partners. Ning Pilates does not pair clients for duet sessions.

Semi-Private Pilates Class

Semi Sessions

Semi private sessions, our small group Pilates classes, use a variety of studio equipment including reformers, towers, the mat, and props to create effective and engaging workouts. Classes are limited to 5 people for safe, personalized instruction. You will sweat, stretch, and progress your practice in an affordable, full equipment Pilates experience.

Note: Classes with fewer than 3 will be canceled and credited.

About Classical Pilates

Classical Pilates is the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, built on six core principles: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow. It emphasizes whole body strength, alignment, and mindful movement to create a balanced, resilient body. Unlike Contemporary Pilates, which often modifies exercises, Classical Pilates preserves the original sequence, order, and equipment, staying true to the method as it was intended.
