At Ning Pilates, we believe in movement that transforms from the inside out. Rooted in the Classical Pilates method, our approach is grounded in strength, stretch, stamina, and stability — helping you build a body that moves with control, balance, and ease.
Our instructors are certified through PMA (Pilates Method Alliance)-approved comprehensive programs and bring years of teaching experience to each session. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, you're in good hands.
We work with a range of clients — from athletes and dancers to post-rehab and prenatal — to create sustainable strength and mobility.
Located in the heart of Long Island City, our serene space offers personalized instruction in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Classical Pilates is the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, following a structured sequence of exercises rooted in six key principles: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow.
It emphasizes whole-body strength, alignment, and mindful movement.
As Romana Kryzanowska said: "Stretch with strength and control."
Unlike Contemporary Pilates, which often modifies the work, Classical Pilates preserves the original exercises, order, and equipment — staying true to the method as it was intended.
We offer three types of private Pilates classes. Each class is 55 minutes long.

One-on-one or two-person personalized instruction for focused, customized workouts.
